"Cherry colour wine with violet tones. A complex blackcurrant, blackberry aroma with a touch of violet. A smooth, with a round palate with a layer of ripe tannins and full-flavoured finish. Grapes go full, after being destemmed, into stainless steel tanks equipped with temperature control. Then they are submitted to a cryo-maceration for 7-10 days, with 3 moving-ups and ""batonnage"" per day."
